    This used to be my go-to Chinese takeaway, around years ago there was a change of chef so decided to not go back, upon hearing good things recently I tried it again and honestly can say I was happily surprised! Everything was cooked to perfection, had such great flavours and quality ingredients, definitely would recommend and look forward to using again!Update: Have had again since and wasn’t as good, must be dependent on the who’s the chef on the day.

    We ordered our first family takeaway from Urban Jade last week and were very impressed with the taste and quality of the food, the large portions and reasonable price plus the meals were piping hot. What amazed me the most was that we ordered at peek time on a Friday evening, they gave us forty minutes delivery time and it turned up in twenty and the delivery driver was very friendly. We're looking forward to ordering again soon.

    We are very loyal customers, easily one of the most frequent orderers from Urban Jade online.The delivery time has consistently become worse and worse. We used to have to wait twenty minutes maximum but now, seemingly increasing every time we order, it is over an hour every single time. It has reached two hours several times. This is unacceptable. As loyal customers, we unfortunately won’t be ordering anymore. .
